We've had a bunkbed room twice and they did have trundles with them, essentially having 4 beds in the room. They don't guarantee a bunkbed room however. You may request it, however they can't ensure you'll be given one.

Do the rooms at the GC come with a fridge?

I have read in posts from this past May that they removed all the items from the mini bars and left empty fridges in all the rooms at the GC. When we were there in Nov 05, they still had the mini bars and I can't remember how big they were. I was happy to hear this news.
