Grand Californian room request

We are staying in a DVC room at the Grand Californian, can anyone suggest the best way to put in a room request? I know it can be done via fax or by utilizing touring plans to send the fax for you but it seems this only applies to WDW rooms.


Any help is appreciated!

I went to the DVC website and hit the "chat" button. When the chat host asked how he could help me, I gave him my reservation number and asked him to put down my room request. He indicated that he did so, but our trip isn't until June so I don't know if it worked or not!

I have had good results sending room requests via the DVC website.
Somewhat hidden, there is an email page: under the tab "Help & Contact", select "Contact Us", then click the "Email" icon.
VGC requests must be made through DVC (not the hotel directly), and can only be made by the DVC owner.
