Grand California ?

DH and I (and our 3 kids ) are celebrating our 10 year anniversary at DL in a few weeks We are splurging and staying at the GC, does anybody know if they do anything special for anniversaries? Is there anything special I can have in the room beforehand? Any ideas?

When you booked, you should have been given the number for Vacation Planning. They can arrange things for you (baskets and such can be ordered); they can even make dining arrangements for you.

I also think there is a kid's care area (Pinocchio's something?) and I think they have info for in room babysitting if you want a time away.

I had heard somewhere that you can have flowers, chocolates, champagne, etc be in your room by the time you check in for your room...maybe try calling GCH directly and asking if they have any romantic packages available

We've stayed at the GCH, and their staff is great! Just let them know about your anniversary, and they will do something special for you! They have provided special treats for us and our kids in the past.

My husband and I actually just celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Grand Californian last weekend! My husband told them it was our anniversary when he booked the room and at check-in we received happy anniversary pins with our names on them and a signed picture of mickey and minnie.
