Has anyone done this? Was it fun for the kids? I'm thinking about signing up my 7 year old and 9 year old. Suggestions for my 12 year old while they're doing this?

My dd's (4 & 8) plus my cousins' children (6,7, & 9) did it last month. They loved it!!!! They have been wearing their aprons and chef's hats day and night since we got home. They really enjoy all the kids activities at the Grand Floridian. We can't wait to try out the new Albatross Pirate Cruise from the Yachtclub on our next trip!

Both my DDs did this....the older one did it twice...she couldn't wait until her little sister was old enough to do it with her and she was this past trip. The both still talk about it often....so I take it that they really loved doing it.

No idea what a 12 year old could be doing then...sorry.

thank you for your help. I'm assuming we can make reservations for this even though we're not staying at the Grand Floridian.

Yes - you don't have to stay at the GF to take advantage of the children's programs. Maybe the 12 year old and you could try out the watermice boats while the cooking program is going on.
