Grand 1 Dinner Menu

Does anyone know what sort of dinner can be ordered on the Grand 1?! Ive seen the current menu but it seems very limited and more of a buffet! Just wondered if they could actually do sit down meal etc.?
Is this something I would have to ring/email about? I cant seem to find any recent info on it.

Definitely call Private Dining at the Grand Floridian: 407-824-2424. Those menus are just a starting point.
