Grand 1 booking

Can you only book Grand1 by phone .(what is number) If anyone has booked it were you kept on hold for long.Do you need more than an hour in order to see fireworks ( hoping to book on a MVMCP night)

1-407-WDW-PLAY; Option 3. Hold times vary. I've waited up to 20 minutes before. Cruises last 1 hour, the first half of which is just motoring around the lake. Then they set you up in front of the Magic Kingdom, you watch the fireworks, and they take you back to the dock when the show is over.
