Graduation Celebration at Disney Ideas?

Hey everyone - I need the romantic types to help me out.

My better half graduates with her masters degree on Dec 19 and I'm taking her up (from Miami) to Disney to celebrate. Dec 20 - 23....

Last year I booked a Wishes cruise for her birthday and she loved and she thought it was rather romantic. I know it's short notice but can any of you suggest any romantic type ideas for Disney or our resort at Port Orleans Riverside?

I went to Disney after earning my MA too! Eat dinner at the castle (much easier to get dinner than other meals especially an early dinner--however, you are going over Christmas). Eat at GF and watch fireworks from the beach. Have Disney Florist make up a gift basket to have delivered to your room. I think they have new buttons at the theme parks that say Congratulations (like the Birthday buttons). Humm.. you are going in Dec. what about a sleigh ride at WL. You could book a spa treatment.
