Grad Bash

My wife and I are Disney vets, but we're going to Orlando in April for a conference and thought it would be a good time to visit Universal for the first time.

I just saw that Grad Bash is happening the same days we're there (April 25-26). Besides the parks closing early, what impact will this have on our trip? Will it affect crowd size? Just trying to go into it with realistic expectations.

I just saw that Grad Bash is happening the same days we're there (April 25-26). Besides the parks closing early, what impact will this have on our trip? Will it affect crowd size? Just trying to go into it with realistic expectations.

Since event goers aren't allowed inside the parks until 7pm, the effect on crowds should be minimal. CityWalk will be busy with the pre-party from 5-8pm but once the parks open for the hard ticket event, everything should calm down a bit.
