Just a plea to those with strongly-held political beliefs to be gracious whether it be in victory or defeat. Either way, be proud of this country and the candidate you supported.

Well said. I can't say that I am happy with all of the election results, but I am happy to live in a country where I have a voice in what happens. I'm proud of the voter turnout this year.

Lets just hope this happens.

::yes:: No matter what the outcome, just glad to see so many people out to use their voice. That's what america is all about. IMO ;)

I am very proud of my state and city for the % of voter turn out. :)

(And proud of my country too.) :)

Woohoo! A job that pays well, I don't have to do all that much and I get a great house in the DC area for nothing? Sign me up! ;)

I'm pretty sure you'd have to eat Dunkin Donuts and cheer for the Red Sox if elected.

I might jump and vote for that ticket too!

Also just wanted to add: imo, the person who needs to be the most gracious is Kerry. As much as I wanted him to win, he needs to now concede and move on. This country has been divided enough.

Don't worry -- the Secret Service could probably sneak you a Krispy Kreme when the DD Nazis weren't looking. ;)

i agree, but i think republicans and gwb need to extend an olive branch as well. unfortunately, based on some of the comments i heard on the radio this morning, i am not very hopeful. :(

Maybe Clinton could give me some tips on sneaking in contraband. He's gotta be a Krispy Kreme guy, right?
