Not that we are planning on being late for any of our ADRs but I'm curious to know if they allow a grace period for in the event that a party does happen to arrive late.

That is really up to each individual restaurant but in general if you are more than 15 minutes late you go back in the "standby" queue.

No specific time period.
Most have found somewhere between 15 and 30 minutes late will be OK.

They will seat you as soon as practical if they have moved on.

As the PP said, it varies by restaurant, by time of day, by CM, etc. I've mostly heard that it's somewhere under 15 minutes and then you either go into the walk-up queue and/or are considered a no show for your ADR.

I do remember being at BOG and hearing the CM tell a group they were 16 minutes late to the ADR and could not longer be seated. They were welcome to check back later in the evening to see if anything had opened up, but that BOG was currently fully booked. The group left, so I don't know what happened to the "no show" fee, but it is something to keep in mind.

There is no official time. 15 minutes seems to be the time frame that comes up whenever this question is asked. Keep in mind that you are supposed to be at the restaurant 10 minutes before your ADR time. Any time you are late you are risking not being seated, and being charged the no show fee.

Just plan on being there 30 minutes prior if you are prone to lateness. If you're coming from a resort to a park plan on an hour. I'd hate to miss the Grey stuff because I under estimated.

There is no official policy. It is up to the individual restaurant, the CMs, and the circumstances at the time you arrive. Typically they will allow about 15 minutes after which you'll be considered a walk up and put at the end of the queue or you might be considered a no show and be subject to the no show penalty. We were at a DW restaurant that was running behind schedule so anyone who showed up late was turned away.
