GPS Navigational unit

I promised my DH a GSP navigational unit for father's day, but he can't figure out which one is the best. He has been looking at the Garmin 2720 or the Tom Tom Go. Anyone have one of these or one they like better?

We're also trying to decide between a Garmin 2720 and a Nuvi 350. I did a bunch of my research on amazon.

We have a Magellen Roadmate. It has been pretty reliable.

I have the 2720. It ranks right up there with my DVR as one of my favorite toys. My DW rolls her eyes at times, but deep down I think she appreciates just how cool this thing really is.

Since I've lived in this area most of my life, I admit I don't really need it day-to-day (but its still way cool, of course).

It was, however, an absolute life-saver when we went to Hilton Head a few weeks back.
