GP Offer 4 for 3 (I just got a glimpse - I think?)

Okay weird. I logged on to the main site and briefly saw a new layout under the left hand side of the screen (Price Your Vacation) with new colors (transparent purples and blues).

Underneath it was a new banner ad that read "4 for 3" or something like that. Then my screen flashed and it went back to the standard site.

No joke, completely being real.

Could I have seen a vision of tomorrow's deal for the general public?

oh this will be interesting to see what they do. People who got the Disney Visa email have said that it specified that offer would be available to the general public on 7/27...curious to see if they offer two promotions.

Could be the site was just mucked up...several times today when I was checking dining options and such I got the error message about reservations being unavailable so they were definitely working on something today.

Has it happened in the past that they offered a Visa offer and then a totally different gp one? I would think they are creating more work for themselves by doing that because it will be the third time that I will change my reservation if it ends up being a better deal.

You can call at 7 am eastern. If the code shows up on the site at midnight eastern you could book a completely new ressie then.

I would drop my FD PIN booking for the 4-3 deal again this December. Hands down the 4-3 is a better deal for the two of us.

In the past when they have offered this, how does adding a DP to the mix work? For instance, if I want to book this, and add the QSDP do I only pay for 4 days of the plan but get it for the entire 7 days?

The discount has been on room and tickets only. You would pay for the full dining plan.

No, you have to pay for all 7 nights for the DP.
(So we skipped the DP last Feb.)

were you able to add dining plan after the fact? or take it off? ie reserve, and then 45 days prior you decide to not do the dining plan, and take it off but still obviously want the 4/3 deal. can you?

I was told we could add it. (I assumed we could remove it, too, with the 45 day issue.)

I seen the same promo a couple of weeks and thought "wishful thinking". I think it was a fluke though.
