Gov. Employee Accomadations?

Hello All!
This is my family's first trip, and I am beginning to plan for November.
At the time of travel my girls will be 5 and 3, and our baby boy will be 15 months. My in-laws are going with us, and my MIL is retired Gov. They want to stay at Shades of Green, but I have heard that there are condos available for government/military for better rates.
Does anybody have any info on that? or know anything about it?

I've never used them, because I've found deals through vrbo.com and homeaway.com. If you are looking for more than one bedroom, a condo or townhouse would work out great. We stayed at this one last month for $65/nt + tax. http://www.vrbo.com/281521

Does anyone know if you get a lesser room with the getravelop reservation. ie not facing the pools etc. Can you ask for an upgrade if available. from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. We are traveling the last week in August, usually a quieter time.
