Gourmet Mickey Tea Kettle

Hi, I was wondering if there was any way to purchase Disney Merchandise from the resorts via telephone. I have a Gourmet Mickey Tea Kettle that I purchased at one of the shops at the Contemporary Resort. It got damaged after the burner was left on and I would like to get another one. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
