I have been a pre-k teacher for over 18 years and I thought I heard it all but apparently not. Now every child has a unique name or phrase for passing gas but this is a new one for me. The cutest little 4 yo gets this embarrassed look on her face and I asked her if everything was alright and she tells me, "Yes Miss Lynn but my hiney just beeped and I hope no one heard!" I thought it was just too cute. :goodvibes

I'm going to see if I can get my girls to use that one :rolleyes1

We were in Denny's a couple of weeks ago, and after dinner the 5yo announced, a bit too loud perhaps, "I smell poop!" I, of course, immediately corrected her, informing her that she most certainly did not smell poop. However, the 6yo looked at me, grinned sheepishly, nodded vigorously, and pointed to herself. (She is the queen of the S.B.D.)

Kids and gas. Gotta love it.
