I never thought I'd post about a flippin' knife, but I just have to! For anyone that watches Rachel Ray's 30 Min Meals, you've seen the knife she always uses.
I was always envious that she could chop an entire onion in the time it takes me to cut the thing in half. Well Santa brought me one for Christmas and I love it!! Its an investment (7" Wusthof Santoku - $70-$80), but soooo worth it!! And I'm sure that most any high-end Santoku knife will work!
