Got what we wanted for the 4th of July

Had no problem getting into CP for breakfast on the 4th of July. We are not staying on site, so I was a little worried. The castle even came up for 8 am. Had to take a early time for the Plaza, then we wanted, but I can work on that.

Congrats! So did we! I was totally surprised at what was available this year on or around July 4th. We go for 2 weeks each July, and normally major places are booked, but Le Cellier, Chef Mickey's, CRT and Cali Grill were all available. Not sure if that means less crowds, people are still not sure if they are travelling, or, people aren't aware that bookings are back to 180 days (+ 10 if on-site)?

Me too!

We are also going over the 4th...we got breakfast @ Chef Mickeys on the
4th. I didnt really have any problems getting any of the ADRs that we wanted...had to switch some times/dates around but it all worked out luckily!

Now....to wait for July!

I had to take a little later than I wanted time for July 4th but got it. I didn't even phone until after dinner. The CM I spoke to said it was her first july ADR. I was surprised and asked if she had been on vacation and she said no she just doesn't work the early shifts so usually gets calls for ADR's closer to their dates. However, I'm hoping it means a discount will be offered this year. I've got my fingers crossed!

I am right there with you! Fingers crossed for a nice offer for July!!
Last year we were able to get the 4/3 deal and stayed at the cabins in Ft. Wilderness...it was a great deal! This year we are booked to stay @ POP...so we shall wait and see what the offer is..........
