got to cancel for august

Hi
Does anyone know if WDW UK charge a cancellation fee.Due to a marital breakdown I have to cancel our trip in august. I have only paid £150 deposit so it is not the end of the world if I loose it.Would they let me transfer to next year.

Sorry to hear about your situation if you cancel you will lose your deposit. You will be able to change the dates of your holiday but not sure if it's possible to change to next year. You will be charged an admin fee of £25 per amendment.

I am so sorry to hear your sad news. I was thinking about you before christmas wondering how your holiday was going.

I do not know the circumstances but sometimes things can be worked out even when they don't seem like it.

thanks so much for your well wishes.Wasn't expectin such kind replys It is a very hard time but quite amicable.Sue, had a fab holiday and OKW is a beautiful resort.Shame I cannot compare to SSR.Haven't got around to ring WDW uk yet but will let you know.Will still come on here when I have the time.Don't want to get too depressed thoough
