On DPP so like to maximize my values. Between Sanaa, Wave, and Cape May Café, which two would you pick?

Intrigued by the seafood buffet at Cape May; Sanaa has incredible reviews but lower costs. Heard good things about Wave as well

Sanaa -- book for a time which still has daylight. When you arrive, ask for table at/near a window, to view the animals just outside.
I like the Wave, good food, but there's no windows. So it could be any hotel restaurant anywhere. Therefore I'd choose Cape May Cafe at Beach Club. Food is nice, not tops. But the restaurant location, before and after your dinner, will make for a nice evening. The Boardwalk (just across Crescent Lake) has some entertainers in the evening. Plus you'll get a glimpse of Epcot fireworks at 9pm.

Hard to quantify value. For ambiance, service, and food quality, it would be Sanaa

For the amount of food for your dining credit (and disregarding quality), it would be Cape May. Or any buffet, really.

We've never eaten at Sanaa or The Wave, but Cape May is a favorite of ours and is a must do for us every trip.

For me personally, I understand wanting to maximize the value of the dining plan, but if the quality of the food is average or lower but at a higher price, it's not worth it for me. I would much rather enjoy my meal. With that said, I would pick Sanaa and The Wave. I personally think that Cape May is your typical buffet quality food. That is, pre-made food placed on a table so that droves of people can pile it high and wide on their plates. IMO, it's quantity over quality. From my experience, I thought the crab legs were rather thin and a bit stringy; The same quality I can find where I live sitting on any buffet table at a local Chinese buffet on a Friday or Saturday night. Cape May is not a place I will be visiting again any time soon, if ever, for dinner.

Yeah to build on this...

Some places offer great value and great food. For example, Wolfgang Puck Express has outstanding food and is a great value on the DDP. Primetime has very good food, but is not much of a value as a TS credit on the DDP. Our view is always this - we're already spending a lot of money on our trip. Regardless of whether people feel that the DDP is worth it or not, we purchase it every year. It works for us. I've done the whole "I'll buy this because it's a great value..." I've had some very good dishes, but have missed out on a lot of food I wanted to try. Last year, I went with - if I want it, I'm getting it - regardless of price. If you want great fried chicken, go to Prime Time and enjoy it, regardless of how much of a "hit" you're taking money-wise. If you want a fantastic view and great food, go to Cali Grill and enjoy the fireworks (even though the prices don't match up with the 2 TS credit.) Enjoy your trip.
