Got the new Passporter today!!!

Received my second edition of the cruise Passporter. Am I the first?? UPS brought it a couple of hours ago while I was out running errands. I am so excited! Gotta finish up a couple of chores and get things ready for tomorrow so I can settle down and read it, cover to cover.

Did you get a shipping notice? I ordered mine delivered by UPS as well and was wondering if I could get my tracking number.

Nope, I didn't receive a shipping notice. BTW, I got the refill for the Deluxe edition -- don't know if those went out earlier for some reason.

I peeked and saw that there are lots of new pics -- staterooms I noticed in particular -- as well as some additional info about excursions and more in-depth info about children's programs for various ages. Since I had practically memorized the first edition I was glad to skim and see so much new information.

It's an excellent resource if you are thinking about a DCL cruise. It's an entire book dedicated to the Disney Cruise LIne. The next best thing to being there.

I didn't get mine yet and I live "right down the road" (in Toledo, LOL) from the warehouse. I'm not sure I qualify as a preorder since I have a "tip" printed in this one and get a free copy. I sure hope so!

Was UPS shipping the standard method or did you pay for express shipping? I know this is a stupid question, but I ordered mine so long ago that I can't remember how I asked for it to be sent. I looked back at my confirmation email, and all I can see is that I spent around $7.50 for shipping. I'm just trying to figure out when to expect to see it.

I am very excited to get the new edition, though. We had the paperback version last time, and it is battered and well-read. We have the deluxe version coming and I sure would love to have it for some weekend reading

I ordered the new edition passporter also and can't wait to get it in the mail....WHERE IS IT.. I want it now.. I have heard so much about this book on the board that I'm egar to see what it is. I was hoping to get it by UPS today, but it hasn't came yet...so I don't think it will . My fingers are crossed for tomarrow I ordered the delux edition so I don't know if those are taking longer. I think I read somewhere they shipped the paperbacks first.

Earlier today, I heard the rumble of the UPS truck's engine! I was soooo excited. I ran to the window, and there he was...right in front of my house! Oh boy, my Passporter is here! Or so I thought...until he turned in my neighbor's driveway. DARN!

I was so certain that he was making a delivery at my house that I actually went outside to see if maybe he had left it on my porch before going next door. Nope! If I am this excited waiting for my Passporter, can you imagine how I will be when I am waiting for the documents for our first cruise???
