My coworker got upgraded from the Royal Rooms at PO to the Grand Floridian because she came in March of 2012 just as they were finishing up the Royal Rooms, and one wasn't going to be ready for her. I was so envious!

Adding to my earlier post...when we were there years back, at the Polynesian, we were upgraded from a standard view to a lagoon view before we left home. Upon arrival, we were further upgraded to concierge, Magic Kingdom view.

I'll never forget our upgrade from a say at POP to the wilderness lodge. Was amazing.
