Wow! Another trip that is awesome! Renting Points at AKV should be awesome too! I'll be there the same week as Kristen I'm sure between the two of us we will have many pics !! But to answer your question about transferring it's simple and painless! A few yrs ago we transferred from Saratoga Springs to OKW all you have to do is take your luggage to luggage services they will count the pieces and they will put tags on each piece. They will then give you a stub to that tag with a number for your luggage and they will transfer your luggage to AKV without a hassle all you have to do is make your way there through Disney transportation. If you aren't going anywhere before there you could go over to DTD and hop on the Animal Kingdom Villas Bus or you could do that from any park also! And if you actually goto a park before heading there odds are your luggage will be there. All you have to do is goto luggage services at AKV and show them your tags they will get your luggage together and have a Bell person deliver it to your room! Great update also. OKW is a awesome resort it! Make sure you take the watertaxi from OKW to DTD it is such a nice serene ride at night!

sounds like you had fun at disney quest! i havent been to disney quest since i was 12 but i remember a lot of the games and stuff that you did, it makes me wanna go back and check it out on my next trip! =]

Yea it was a lot of fun and something for us to day since we didn't wanna stay in the parks ALL day...

I'm onboard! Sorry I'm late. Just a few random thoughts....it's too bad that you didn't like 1900 Park Fare. At least you didn't pay out of pocket for it. That is the worst feeling to pay a lot of money for a meal that you didn't like at all.

I hope that you brought other shoes besides those flip-flops. Those blisters sound pretty painful.

I really like your pictures from Pop. I have never been there and it looks like a lot of fun!

I am REALLY glad we didn't pay oop for park fare cuz I get really upset when I feel like I was ripped off and I def would have for that meal!
I did bring sneakers the only prob was I brought all light airy sundresses thinking they would be nice and cool.... there was no way I was wearing sneakers with my dresses and I only had 2 pairs of shorts so I had to wear them twice o welllll

Yea i can't wait to see pics from AKV I decided to stay in Jambo house though because we used pop food court alot and I assume we will do the same with mara.... and in the morning I didn't wanna trek from Kidani over to jambo house to get a quick breakfast...especially since we were SOO close to the main building at Pop. So if you get a chance snap a few pic of Jambo for me pleasee

Yea I havn't decided yet whether we are going to do a park day or just go straight over to AKV after handing our luggage over... Im leaning towards just a realxing day and maybe the segway tour at fort wilderness.
We def plan on taking the water taxi to DTD!

First of all, that is so exciting that you get to go back in January!!! And you will LOVE AKV!! Isn't renting points just the greatest?!?!?! I don't know if we'll ever do anything else I'm glad to know yall had fun at Disney Quest. We were thinking about doing that this trip, but decided against it. We might try it next time. We really enjoyed the POP food court when we were there a few years ago too... Can't wait to read more!

Today was our Hollywood Studios Day!!!! I was pretty excited cuz I had a feeling I was really gonna like this park….. When the alarm went off I can tell you that I was less than thrilled to be getting up…. Plus Bryan and Scott would put the thermostat down so low at night that the room was FREEEZZZINNNGG getting out of bed … Anyway it took a lot of work but I managed to get everybody out of bed and ate a bowl of cereal by 7:30. *** I just remembered that I never mentioned that I didn’t bring or order bowls for our cereal in the morning so I had to go to the gift shop and buy two bowls for the four of us to share which made things just that more difficult cuz eating needed to be staggered ….. Anyway we made it to the bus by about 7:35 and made it for EMH Rope Drop yayyyy never thought that was going to happen! So of course we made a mad dash for TSM for fast passes like 75% of the rest of the ppl who made it for rope drop. We got FP’S with a return time of 9:45 the standby line already said 40 mins so we decided to pass which I’m a little disappointed now but o well. We decided to head over towards Rock n Rollar Coaster…. The standby line was 45 min uhhhhh then I saw “Single Rider” didn’t even have a time posted and we decided to go for it! Scott found some shade and off we went… It took about 15 min total so that was awesome... plus I loved the ride so that was good too. Then we ended up at TOT and the only one who wanted to go on way Bry…. Anna finally gave in and went and me and Scott got ice pops mmmmm where else can u eat ice pops at 8:30am??? We looked In a few shops and then Bry called and said they were done….

By this time our FP’s were almost ready so we headed towards that way… actually I think we were gonna do the great movie ride but ended up in a shop that we walked around for a bit and bry ended up getting some of goofys jelly beans… Funny story was that Bryan was only trying to fill it to the first line to try out some flavors so he pulls the lever on one of the things and NOTHING come so of course we shake it and double the amount coming flying out of the tube hahaha so he was like ummm o well I guess im paying for 4 oz instead of 2oz we were dying laughing well guess what?? The nice CM saw him trying really hard to only fill it to the first line and only charged him for that 2 oz. When we walked out Bryan said "wow the peiople who work for Disney are really nice" uh yea it took u that long to figure that out? Anna also bought a night before Christmas shot glass for a friend… by the time we got to TSM we only had to wait like 2 min for our fast pass to be ready so I took some pics…..

We loveeeddd TSM and were sorry that we could do it again… I lost of coarse in fact I think I might have been fourth out of the 4 of us errr.

After we got out we headed over to the Backlot tour and waited about fifteen minutes to get in. We really liked this tour, I especially liked the part where they show you the room that they make costumes.

There was an 11:30 showing of Beauty and the beast so we headed over that way but not before stopping to take pics….

We still had 20 min before we had to line up so we stopped for snacks… I got apple slices with caramel… anna got a frozen lemondade, bry got a soda, and scott got…………..

We didn’t get very good seats for Beauty and the Beast we were crammed like sardines andddd it was probably like 100% humidity needless to say the boys were less than happy about sitting through the show…. I should have sent them out of the theatre we would have had more room n I wouldn’t have had to hear them huffing and puffing!

The show was over at noon and we had a 12:20 ADR at 50’s Prime Time…

We headed over and checked in early and they told us to wait in the “living room.” Well the living room was PACKED!!!
Up Next: Will we continue our trend of being seated late? How much longer can we handle in the heat?

I loved looking at the costume room on the backlot tour too! i wish we could have gotten out and explored it lol..

Cant wait to hear how lunch went..i wanted to eat there!

I just caught up on your TR it sounds like you had a fun time at DHS!
So what did you think of Prime Time 50's I'm debating on there for next August/Sept. The backlot tour is fun but that also use to be better . They actually use to have a room where you would go and they had these little animated dogs from 101 dalmations and showed you how they do the scenes.
It was really neat but they since went modern and took all the stuff I use to love out! I still like DHS but it use to be my all time favorite park before they took out all those lil things.
