I am writing this to give hope to anyone who is frustrated trying to book a Disney trip with the codes. I called the 877 # and was on hold for less than a minute. This was Friday morning about 9:00 am central time. I asked for the Poly for the first week of November using the BAT code. They had no rooms at the Poly only the GF or CR. I told him how much my family loved the POLY. I asked if I could use the BAT code during Veteran's Day week. He gave me 11-7 through 11-13 at the POLY for $219.00 a night. I wish everyone luck booking!!
