Hi all. We recieved our docs 1/31. It sure was nice to see that package. They were delivered by our mailman.

I wish I could do the Happy Doc Dance, but I heard bad news the same day.
My 4 yr old nephew was rushed to the hospital that morning and diagnosed with Type I Diabetes. Insulin dependent-starting on 6 shots a day! He is such a sweet little boy. We are all so shocked and worried. He'll be in the hospital until Thursday or Friday.

Please keep him in your prayers.

Thanks for the good thoughts. If he is home and responding well to his regime, then I'm sure I'll be fine-lounging on my verandah!

We sail on the 2/19 Magic.

Seriously, his health care team say that children actually adapt quickly. They do better than adults!
