I got my ME tags, some brochures, etc, but I was a little dispapointed that I didn't get a map of our resort (POFQ). Is there anywhere (a link?) where I can get a good map of the resort, and also one with map of room locations, so we can request a room at checkin with some knowledge of what we are requesting?

Also, although I received the ME tags, I though I was getting some regular luggage tags (Disney tags?), but I didn't.

I don't know of a map that has room numbers, but this should help.

The Disney luggage tags come separately. Should be coming soon. DH and I have stayed at FQ several times and really like building 5, any room. Have a great time!

BTW - I was trying to make a room or building request for CSR last night. The CM actually referred me to the maps on the site indicated above. So, I start naming buildings, and she says that, for example, there is no 9E in their system. I double checked with a second CM, same thing....

I like those maps, the detail is great; however the CM's had trouble with the room/building request based upon info on the maps.

Hmmm...I've never had a problem with using the names/numbers from those maps to make requests at CBR and POR. Did the CMs you spoke to say how the buildings were named/numbered in their system for CSR? Just curious.

Did you purchase a package or a room only reservation? If it's room only, there will not be any Disney luggage tags.

It was weird. For example, at CSR.... there was 9A and 9B.... but no 9C,D,E

I was a little frustrated because they were relying on the map and we're looking at the same piece of paper, and the system didn't recognize it.

I took a deep breath and decided it wasn't that big of a deal. We will arrive early in the morning, and I decided that if it's meant to be, there will certainly be enough time to make mention when I pick up the tickets and stuff since the room won't be ready for like 8 hours.

Nevertheless, odd.

Well, we are leaving tomorrow for WDW!!!

We never did receive our Disney Luggage tags. A minor issue, but disappointing just the same, after all, we did pay for them.

We never received anything but the ME tags on our last trip. I was disappointed and hopefully this time we will.
