I'm so happy!! Now, what should we wear, open to ideas anyone?? There are three of us. Its a girls trip, grandma (62), mother(40) and daughter (8). :)

when did you order your tickets, waiting is driving me crazy. I dont know what to wear either. I saw some cute tinkerbell, cinderella and snow white (adult) costumes on a website.

Yeah, I ordered my tickets a week ago today (April 30th) . . . I had them sent regular mail but I would have thought they'd be here by now.

We've never ordered tix to MNSSHP before (never been!) so I don't know how long it usually takes.

I ordered mine the first day they were available (can't remember what day that was :o ) and I'm still waiting on mine too. A friend of mind says she has a Minnie Mouse costume and I may borrow that from her if I like the looks of it. Does anyone have ideas where to get adult costumes from (other than the Disney catalog)??

poohangel, I read in another post that you were from Greensburg, KY----I used to live in Summersville!!!!!

Now I live in Munfordville (Hart County). I used to frequent the Greensburg library all the time when I was in high school!!!

Very small world!!!

Ordered mine on 4/30 and they came regular mail today.

I ordered mine on the saturday and I received them yesterday. (In Canada)

Hello PrincessDana, very small world indeed. Your the first I have seen on the this board that is so close to me. I have seen others that were from Lexington. What day will you be going to the party? I will be there on the 26.

minnieandmickey, I never thought of ebay, thanks for the tip.

yaaahooo, I just got my tickets today.:) :) :p

Does everyone dress up? Will I feel out of place if I don't?

There are lots of adults who don't dress up. I feel less guilty about trick-or-treating as an adult when I'm dressed up. Last year, I got some "pretend-ears" headbands for my sister and I at Target (about $6-8) and added some clothes to match. I was a cowgirl and she was a witch. It was a very easy costume - looked cute and festive, but not too much trouble.

candaceg - Last month, around Easter, I saw the cutest "pretend-ears" headbands at Target too. I bought a headband that has pink flower petals with hot pink dots sticking out all around it. So I'm going as a big flower. I thought I'd wear those with either a pink turtleneck & green sweats or a pink t-shirt & green shorts (depends on the weather - don't know if it's still warm or cool on mid-October nights). I thought it would be comfortable and easy!

poohangel,

We'll be in the world October 18-25th, we'll be at MNSSHP on the 19th. We're staying at Coronado Springs (unless I can convince myself to upgrade to the Wilderness Lodge for an extra $250.00)

I can't wait!!!
