Wanted to let the ROFR gang know---maybe yours will come quickly after closing as well! One thing I did do....right before we were scheduled to close, I called my friends' guide. Sure enough, she was the guide listed in our Welcome Home papers. Perhaps being pre-assigned helped slightly???
