Got my HHI Stay Planned!

I called day by day at the 7 month mark to get a studio at HHI for this October! I'm so excited!!! I was really concerned that we wouldn't be able to get it. So, now I'm driving to AKV for a one week stay (4 days in concierge studio and 3 in a value studio), and then will drive to HHI for 5 glorious nights of true relaxation after my week of hitting the parks.

I'm really beginning to like my DVC membership!

You'll love HHI. We just went over for the day last week and it was wonderful. They have lots of activities, a beautiful view, plenty of food in the area, and Joyce. She mostly works at the Beach house, but, if you find her at the pool house, make sure you get one of her burgers. They are great!

Don't forget to come over to Savannah!

Oh yeah, Savannah is definitely on my list! I stayed at Hilton Head a few years ago in the Shipyard Plantation area, and we drove to Savannah one day. We took a city tour and then just walked around. I had to try the Lady and Sons restaurant, and it didn't disappoint. I want to go back even if I do have to stand in line starting early in the morning! We also went to Beaufort, SC one day and really enjoyed that, too.

Holy cow! I just went to their website to look at the menu. I didn't see much about breakfast, but the baked goods - ooh la la!! I see Key Lime pound cake in my future!

You must have missed the breakfast section. You cannot miss the blackberry stuffed french toast or the breakfast polenta. Both are winners!
