and it mistakenly said "flight information not provided"!
I gave them my flight info over 1 month ago. I called and they said they had the info, but the booklet probably printed before the flight info was downloaded...huh?
I know they didn't print it until Wednesday, because that was when we made our final payment. The rep told me just to write the info in, but I would feel so much better if it was printed. I feel that now if the day I arrive the don't have my reservation for airport pick-up, I have nothing in writing to show that isn't true.
I guess I'll just have to hope for the best.
