Got my CC club membership today!

Yeah! Got a CD and 4 club cards and a little survey. We sailed 12/11 so I was happy to see it!

We sailed Thanksgiving, and we rec'd the survey, but no CC cards....

I sailed on the Sept. 26th cruise and we never received any cards. How do you receive them?

I sailed 2 years ago and have never rec'd the cards. DCL is horrible about this.

We were a party of 8 and sailed in Sept. A few weeks later we received 2 cards.One for me and one for my ds. My dh really wanted his own, since he was the one who paid for the cruise .Why they sent it for my ds and not him is puzzle since the rooms were in his name.
We called DCL and I had probably the first rude phone call with them. The rep stated she would send his out maybe 8-10 weeks.She made it sound like she was going way over everyones heads to send this out.I got the impression this was a real favor she was doing for me. Finally did get it around 3-4 weeks later .
Still don't understand why they are so stingy with these.

We sailed this past summer and I was making our this year's reservations. I needed my CC # and had not received our cards. I called Disney and they gave me our #s and within 2 weeks we had our cards. I wonder if I'd not called, how long it would have taken them to send the cards out.

We sailed on 09/02/04 ... when we hadn't our CC numbers by mid-November I called and asked about them ... the CM was not-quite-rude with me. Told me it took 8-10 weeks from the date you sailed ... at that point it had been 12 weeks.

She did give me the numbers (I wanted to book another cruise), thenI asked if she could re-send the cards, she said "no" that they were "on the way."

I still haven't rec'd the cards ... so I called again a week or two ago and asked that they be sent again ... according to the CM I talked to this time they were never sent b/c you had to answer a questionaire onboard the ship ... well, both my son and I did answer that particular questionaire, so she agreed to send me the cards ... sheesh!!!

Funny thing is, last week I got an advertisement from DCL addressed to my soon-to-be-exDIL ... she'd been on my son's ressies (which I'd made) but I dropped her when she left him. I can't imagine why DCL sent the ad to her, rather than me or my son ... very odd!!!
