Got lost by Tusker House

We had a 4:55 ADR for there tonight. I checked us in at 4:50 and they handed me the pager thingy. At 5:30 I went asked how much longer? They had no clue what I was talking. I showed them the pager and gave them my ADR #. 20 minutes and 2 conversation later we finally got seated. We weren't happy about how the management handled things. At all.

1 manager, Kim, offered us 20% off the bill but with DDP that didn't do us any good.

The food was great though, even my wife liked some of it.

Wow I hope that was a fluke Sorry you all had that happen to you. Glad to hear the food was good. How was the service once you got your table?

It's crazy that they didn't know what you were talking about when you had their pager, how strange.

Have you ever eaten at Boma? I was wondering how Tusker House compared to Boma. Also, how much did your dinner cost at Tusker House? The pricing is not posted on allearsnet.com yet.
