Go for it! It was the best summer of my life. It did absolutely nothing toward my major - and, in fact, it's not even on my resume anymore - but the experience is what mattered to me. I'm currently at a job I really don't like, and I think about Disney a lot... OK, I told DH he should try for a tanker so we could get assigned to MacDill in Tampa so I can work at Disney again. It was that good of an experience, and I've got all my life to do jobs that aren't half as exciting.

My DD was recently accepted for the spring program and will go to WDW in Jan. Her recruiter was originally accepted into the college program and started with Disney that way. She also did an internship with 3M. She said when she interviewed with any company, all they wanted to know about was her Disney experience. Keep us posted on your decision.

DD was in the CP in the Spring of '91. She loved it! She drove the Friendship boats in Epcot. She wanted the Jungle Cruise at MK, but, at that time only guys were allowed to drive those.
