My tank (in the CAR, man!) is on "E" - I started telling DH at 2 this afternoon - it's now almost 8....

LOL!! My DH used to pump all our gas. He did it for so many years that I honestly couldn't remember pumping it myself. Then, there was this one morning when I rolled into the pre-K on fumes.... I had to call DH to bring me gas. Now, I pump it myself.

I always pump my own gas. If I waited for DH to do it I'd be walking everywhere. It's not like it's complicated or anything. I say go for it!

1. I would have to walk everywhere if I had to depend on my SO to put gas in my truck for me willingly. He found out I knew how to operate a gas pump.
2. Sex versus gas. Hmmm, I'd choose walking anyday rather than to give up the former.
3. Do what I do "I need you to go to the store to get ____ to finish cooking dinner. Go ahead and take my truck. I'm not going anywwhere in it while I'm cooking dinner." Voila. He comes home and says "Did you know your truck was on empty? I had to put gas in it!"

DH always pumps my gas, I've had to put gas in my car about 3 times in the last 13 years. Yep, I'm pretty spoiled. LOL
