i used the 1 +1 too LOL....got through in about 2 seconds
i was on hold for 20 mins yesterday for crystal palace and chef mickeys....GO FIGURE

I'm glad to hear you were able to get CRT.

I was on hold for 20 minutes this morning trying to book our CP package for Christmas Eve.

I want to do CRT on Christmas morning. After waiting so long this morning, I was thinking there's no way I'll get it.
I need to find out more about this 1+1 method.
