Got Contemporary....so excited!

I am so excited I had to post. My family and I are heading to the BWV from Nov 3-10th. About a month or so ago, my DH and I decided how cool it would be to add on a couple of days at the beginning and take the kids to the Contemporary. We used to stay there before having kids and we wanted them to enjoy walking to the MK and the monorail, etc.. We were very disappointed when there weren't any tower rooms available (except a suite for $975 a night!). I just want to say that persistance does sometimes pay off. I kept checking the website for a room there and it kept coming up as unavailable. We booked the WL and tried to be happy with that. Yesterday, I saw the Contemporary Tower MK view came up on the regular reservation site. I called the passholder phone number and much to my surprise they had the Tower MK View available WITH a member discount. We are so psyched over here I just had to share my good news. Can't wait to go. We can even walk back after the Halloween party rather than waiting for a bus when we are exhausted. So I guess it pays to keep checking as often as you can!

I am so happy for you, that is so great!!! You are so right, persistance does pay off!!! I think you have the perfect combo of resorts! The BW is a great location and we have stayed there a few times. Can't beat being able to walk to Epcot and MGM!! Then being able to walk from MK to CR after MNSSHP is fantastic! DH and I will be at the CR tower MK view for the first time in a couple of days!! Just a quick spur of the moment trip and we were so excited to get that room we can't wait!! We will also be going to MNSSHP for the first time. Then we will take the kids Nov 9-16 to AKV and SSR and they have no idea we are going!!
