Got bumped back down to Emerald Aisle.. BUT.....

lost my Executive status this year with National, but I already have a reservation that I made when I still had the status.

My profile says I am "Emerald Aisle" BUT my reservation is still listed as "Executive Selection".

So, what do I do? Do I still go to executive or should I just go to the aisle.... I just don't want to get to the booth and be told to go back....

Call National before the trip and ask them which you need to do.

Unfortunately, about 30 days after I lost my status, it actually updated my reservation to show Emerald Aisle. Not sure when you are traveling, but you might want to check it right before the trip.

My reservation is in 10 days..... so I will double check it the day before I leave and we'll see what it says.....

I may call National, though I am not a fan of bringing anything like that to their attention....
