Got Banned How do I find out why?

My DD got banned and it kicked off everyone in the house. She does not know why. Nothing came up when she was playing but when she went to log in she gets a message saying she is banned. But it does not say why. How do I find out what she did wrong. Thanks

go to www.vmk.com and at the bottom of the page is a contact us option.

Select that and choose "I think I am banned" as the option. They will respond with a reason for the ban.
