Was able to use our 11 month booking window this morning to get a THV in Feb for my DS' third birthday. :yay:

My question is, as long as he is 2 when we arrive we don't need to purchase park tickets for him for any part of our stay, correct? The CM wasn't sure when I asked. Trying to sneak in one more trip before we have to start paying for him (and now we can buy only three APs for trips this May and next Feb and get two trips out of them!)

It is my understanding that if your trip begins prior to 3rd birthday then it will not be required to purchase park tickets for him.

What a fun birthday :cake: for your son staying in THV !

:goodvibes

Just hope they don't ask to check his ID ;) Sorry I couldn't resist

If he's 2 when he arrives, in Disney's eyes he is 2 the entire trip! Have a wonderful time! :cool1:

Yeah! Thanks for the info. So excited to be able to take my parents and sister with us on this trip too.

I've never been to WDW in Feb. Is there anything special going on at that time?

Just returned home from a stay at THV with my grands - ages 5, 2, & 2 - they really loved being able to sleep in the bunk bed room and having the freedom to run a bit in the room - no neighbors downstairs! We did call housekeeping for bed rails for the lower bunk - the top bunk has rails but tricky to get out of so I would make him sleep on the bottom - just and FYI. Enjoy your trip!!!

That is great info! Actually my 4 YO tends to fall out of bed so it is great to know they will provide rails! I wonder if I can request that ahead of time.

Is there a pack and play in the room? There was one in the FW cabin on our last trip, and we didn't have to ask for it.
