I was just wondering??
I was planning on hanging a clothes line in our room to hang extra swim towels and wet bathing suits on.
We are staying at the ASMovie. Our first time.

SOOOO, have anyone ever done this before? :confused3
and if so,,,,, any suggestions on how you did it? :confused3 what exactly did you use? :confused3
And where did you hang it at? :confused3

Thanks so much

There is a retractable clothes line in the bathroom. It is just inside the curtain. It does droop if you try to hang jeans on it, but it still works out.

There's also a few hangers on the closet rod. Maybe bring extra hangers? I can't think of any place to attach a clothesline in the room. The mousekeeper would probably take it down anyways, because she wouldn't be able to vacuum/move about the room safely with a rope across the room...

When we stayed at CBR, the mousekeeper hung our beachtowels over the very tall bedposts. Very clever, but I wouldn't have done that for fear of making waterstains on the furniture.

I've never stayed at a moderate resort but don't they provide towels at the pool? We just use the pool towels and then put them in the towel bin before coming back to our room. That way we only have to hang our swimsuits up to dry.

I suppose you could but you really don't have to!!

All the WDW resorts have plenty of towels at the pool, get them there and then leave them there as many as you need. If you need more bath towels in the room just call houskeeping. No need to pack towels (or rope) save room for souvineers.

There is a retractable clothes line in the tub - plenty of room for hanging any wet suits! Once they are mostly dry I transfer them to the closet and hang them on the regular hangers.

If you think you need more, try an over the door hook or suction hook both work well. You can always request extra hangers from housekeeping as well.

As you can tell I pack as lightly as I can!

I suppose you could fashion some type of clothesline or even just have extra hooks with the Command by 3M hooks. Those are the ones that stick to the wall but when you pullon the tab they release and do not leave a mark. i have used these for hanging holiday decorations and they work well.

Do all the resorts have a retractable clothesline? We'll be at POR. Thanks !
