I rebooked my airfare when the rates dropped... and customer service gave me a refund of the difference to my credit card. I was suprised because I thought that I would only get credit towards another flight.
This will be my first SW experience, and so far I have been impressed. I know that none of the other carriers that I have flown in the past would have done this... they must have a pretty good business model, because I think I will be more than likely to fly them again.
