Got a PIN today, don't see how it's a saving though?

Hi, I got a PIN today for a Resort Offer $100 per night @ a Value Resort in a standard room for stays most Sunday-Thurs 10/1/12-10/4-12 and 10/12-10/31/12. $174 per night plus tax @ a Moderate Resort in a standard room for the same dates and Deluxe $330 per night plus tax. Is this a savings? We were planning on staying in a Moderate, week of 10/22 and from what I can see on the room rates for Port Orleans Riverside the rate for a standard room is $169? Is that wrong? I got this off of the All Ears website through their facts page on resorts. Thanks for any info!

I don't know the exact pricing but I think that it is more than $174 for a mod.. and $330 is a good deal for Deluxe.. it is usually over $400..

I think you have received one of the fabulous PINS that quote you rack rate!
Pop is $100 for that time frame. Coronado is $174 and Contemporary starts at $350!

Of course you could always call and have them quote your exact dates and resort. Have the numbers worked out by doing an online mock up first at rack rate - then you'll know if this is any discount or not. I'm guessing NOT!

Double check the language of the PIN. Mine says 30% across the top and then gives some example rates for the different resort categories but that's all they are, examples. Also, if you go to the web site you'll probably find that not all room types are available with the PIN. When I looked up POR, it only showed me 3 choices of room type and Standard was not one of them.
