Got a package *without* member number

Our resale purchase closed on March 4 and today we finally got what I think is called the "welcome package" -- two car magnets, a booklet full of point charts, and a two-page explanation-of-benefits sort of thing. The package came from some company called Innotrac in Georgia. There was nothing in there that even had our names on it, and definitely no member cards or member number. Does that information usually come separately? Or do I need to call and see what's going on?

Disney has to create your account in their system, which will trigger you getting member id cards.

We just became members in December. My membership card was in the package that you described. But, it was the old version of the membership card. It was in a separate envelop/card, inside the bigger package.

Recent closures have Received he membership number in a separate envelope that is unmarked anywhere between 7 and 14 days after the welcome kit.... Be patient.... The member cards are supposedly all backed up because they are reprinting everyone's...

If you really need it before you get the card, you MIGHT be able to call member services and get it.

Good news! Today we got a letter from DVC with our membership number in it. It says the ID cards and Vacation Planner will arrive in 10-14 days.
