We are leaving 2 weeks from tomorrow.
Hearing from conceirge (whichever resort) has always been spotty. Sometimes we get a letter - sometimes a phone call - but most of the times nothing.
This time we received the letter saying how delighted they are that we chose their resort.
We also got the special concierge elevator key (looks like a room key) so we can go right up to the 5th floor and check in with the concierge staff instead of the front desk. Nice.
We are staying the first 3 nights at the Contemporary and then the last 5 nights at the Yacht Club. Haven't heard anything from the Contemporary.
Also enclosed was a form to fill out for ps's which we could mail or fax to them. I REALLY need to call soon - we don't have many ps's right now and that is fine.
