We were there at the end of July at the same time as an unruly group (the infamous orange backpackers for those who were there at the same time) and I had written them a letter explaining what happened on our floor ~ as well as telling them what went right
I didn't expect anything nor did I ask for anything for the inconvenience.
The gentleman (I can't remember his name as I was in the middle of something at the time) who called was very gracious, took full responsibility for not controlling these kids, told me I was not the only one complaining, and apologized several times.
He then said he was sending me a certificate for a free night's stay and insisted after I told him I didn't want anything (the vacation is over and done with) but he insisted. I did thank him several times and let him know I appreciated his efforts in maintaining me as a customer of RPR.
All I really wanted was someone to acknowledge the problem so it doesn't happen again and they went beyond that
