Got a 10-Day Countdown email w/rec schedule!

So this is our first trip on our points, so maybe this is normal, but I just got an email "about your disney resort arrival"... it's got the address, phone, villa details (not villa number but amenities, a link to resort add ons like cabanas and spa, and a link to a PDF of the resort's entertainment schedule (movie schedule, pool parties, etc.)

Very excited about this development--is this a new thing or have members always received these?

Cool. Where are you staying? I've never gotten a rec schedule, but I've only stayed at SSR, AKV, BWV, and OKW. I don't think any of those have cabana rentals available. I would love to receive a rec schedule ahead of time.

must be something new, I also just got one and never did before. We did get a notice before but not like this one with all the resort info on it.

Staying at (villas) Grand Floridian

It's great especially because of the times for the campfire & movie schedule; I thought I was going to have to call about this or wait till we got there. Since we spend a lot of time just 'resorting' these are great things to know in advance!

Maybe something new they started. We were at BWV in Dec. and did not receive anything like that.
