Got $25.00 coupon - can I change?

I have already booked my Southwest flt and now I have the 25.00 coupon that I would like to put towards my flt. How can I go it? I have gone in to change the flight but there is no place to put in the coupon. The only place I could find a spot to put it in is on the first page when trying to book a flight. I don't want to cancel the flight because I have EBCI with it and that take away the savings if I had to re-do that.

sad to say the 25$ coupon promo code would not be of any benefit to you unless you cancelled and rebooked and in doing so you have already realized you would lose your EBCI

if you try to make changes to the reservation made with promo, the promo "entitlement" does not carry over either


on a side note how long did it take you to get the code ( usual time was suppost to be 7 - 10 days from submitting the reply to the invite )

we had tried several times and received NADA from southwest ( thanks be to generous disers who had promo codes they could share )
