Is it really all that necessary to have WiFi capability? After reading and looking at different reviews I really don't see the need for it. Seems that all recordings are only stored on the internal card so the only thing WiFi does is let you control it from a phone and the usable distance is not all that great, need to be fairly close to the camera for it to work, anyway.
