Going by the specs it looks like they have made some decent changes.
One of the most helpful changes is that they changed the menu system to be more user friendly.
I almost always needed to get the instruction sheet out each time I wanted to make a change.
I am not sure I will go out and get one right away but since this has come out the previous GoPros have now dropped down to 199.99 I have been wanting to get a second GoPro along with a 3D kit for a while now.
