Ok so I know that the "selfie stick" has become Disneylands public enemy #1. For the most part I understand. However I am a goproer and would like to ask if anyone has found a Disneyland approved gopro handle. I have used the wrist mount at other parks such as six flags and great america. It's works ok but not ideal for all day use. I guess what I'm asking is it the extension pole that is banned or any type of handle? I do have a small non extending stabilizer, would that be ok? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We have a short handle/monopod that we constructed on our GoPro. It is about 6 inches long.
I was there the week the ban of the selfie sticks (for the parks) was implemented. At that time, the CM's stated a small Monopod is fine, it just cannot extend at all.

DH has used his gopro at WDW and on our DCL cruise. never had a problem. But he also uses the head strap and puts it over the top of his hat. It sure does make for fun footage of rides and walking through parks. We got some great stuff of DD riding EE at AK, screaming and then crying (with momma in the background quietly giggling). I love the Go Pro for Disney trips!!
