GoPort vs DCL

Does anyone have any experience using GoPort from MCO to Port Canaveral? They are half the price of DCL so I’m wondering if there’s a catch? Also, what is an economical way to get from the port to a Disney Springs area off site hotel for a family of 3? Is there surge pricing for Uber or Lyft or is it reasonable to use those options? Regarding GoPort: No catch, they are super efficient. It’s basically the same thing as DCL shuttle but without the cartoons on tv... and you share the shuttle with people who may sail on other cruise ships but they organize it so you won’t have to wait long between each drop off.
